These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of uygen.com and the Shopify SEO + GEO service provided by Uygen ("Uygen", "we", "us"). By visiting this site or booking the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or service.

The service

Uygen provides a monthly SEO and GEO service for Shopify stores: an audit of the store, on-page and schema fixes applied directly, and new articles written and optimized for both Google and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). Current scope and pricing are described on the home page. Uygen is built for Shopify stores; we don't currently support other platforms.

No guaranteed outcomes

Uygen commits to the work it controls: running the monthly audit, shipping the fixes it finds, and producing new articles each week. Uygen does not control how Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or any other third-party system ranks, cites, or represents a brand. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, mentions, or traffic outcomes.

Booking and payment

The service is booked through our intake form and billed monthly. There is no minimum commitment — you can cancel anytime. Fixes are limited to changes made within Shopify's standard admin and theme editor; the service does not include custom theme code, app development, or app installation.

Use of this website

The content on uygen.com — including audit methodology, blog posts, and site copy — is provided for informational purposes and to describe our service. You may read, share, and link to it. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of this content without our written permission, and you may not use automated means to scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that disrupts normal access.

Third-party links and tools

This site links to third-party tools and sources (for example, industry research, AI platforms, or booking software like Tally.so) for reference and convenience. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Intellectual property

The Uygen name, logo, and site design are owned by Uygen. Audit reports and deliverables are provided for your internal business use; ownership and any further usage rights are set out in the engagement agreement for your specific audit.

Limitation of liability

The site and service are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Uygen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the audit service, including changes in AI system behavior, search rankings, or citation outcomes beyond our control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Uygen operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
